last week I didn't take my electrolytes on one (one) day and discovered that standing up had become Bad. I feel like w supplements they take effect kinda gradually or in ways I don't notice immediately, so I'm a bit skeptical that they're helping, but then I stop them and I'm like Oh. Oh No.
