It's definitely something you're going to want to keep tabs on if you are a parent, know parents, or work with kids/vulnerable adults. They've been known to target older people if they think they will be an easy target (mentally ill, need to crowdfund, publicly divorcing)

Yeah and a lot of these university hospitals are over 100 years old and have been expanded a dozen times. I don't know any that aren't impossible to navigate.

I’m not lol look up the program. It’s 500/semester and again that’s just for any major if you go to a rural school. Ag majors have tons of scholarships and loan forgiveness programs.

There is tons of funding to get new people farming. You can get a loan from the government for the land and start-up equipment. If you'd rather go to college first for agriculture thats almost free too. You keep talking to me like I don't know about

Oh my god, my city can't seem to stop doing that. I haven't seen a new build "starter home" in decades. We tried some mixed-use, but that only works in specific areas with already high foot traffic.
