Imo, Bsky needs to offer more of what FB does. Most of the people I know aren't even on X, but won't leave FB because that's where they keep in touch with people they know irl, and join groups, like Buy Nothing etc.

Unless Bsky can offer similar features, I don't expect it to grow a "normie" crowd.
