The tall white Bishops Rock Lighthouse, located south west of The Isles of Scilly, built on small rock with deep blue seas and royal blue skies. There is a helipad on the top and several windows down the tower, the lowest of which is connected to the base with a series of metal rungs built into the wall.
My latest watercolour, this time of Bishops Rock Lighthouse. I hope you enjoy it!

The front cover of Grace's book "Living Well with Chronic Illness"
Here's Grace with her very cute medical alert and response assistance dog Wilfie.
Today I'm launching a Crowdfunder with the incredible Grace Quantock.
The aim of this is to get Grace's book "Living Well with Chronic Illness" into health centres across the UK.
We be so grateful for your support.

Tim Spector can absolutely 'do one' IMHO. Wish I'd never entered any data in the COVID app, but at the time I thought I was supporting a decent research project rather than his bat shit dieting business.

Farage wanting to kick people out of the country because they migrated here made me angry and made me think about which best of British people and things wouldn't have happened were it not for the brilliance of immigration to the UK.

A watercolour painting of Reculver Fort near Herne Bay at sunset. The skies are orange and yellow with hints of purple and red, reflected in the water, and rocks and pools in the foreground. The fort and headland are in silhouette.
A very happy middle aged woman (me) sitting at a wooden table with 4 glasses of different wines in front of me. The the background are the vines full of Chardonnay grapes ready to be harvested. Behind that are some trees and glorious blue skies.
Had a lovely short break near Appledore in Kent with some friends. Did some painting and visited Gusbourne vineyard, as well as using the hot tub and eating, drinking and being merry!

HEY!
I'm trying to raise money to send as many books as I can to a new Mobile Library being set up to support homeless people.
It's being organised by Cee, founder of London based charity "PINT Giving".
I'm donating Β£100, but if you can help too, i'd be really grateful.

A shingle beach with turquoise sea (with a couple of people stood near the sea) and a dark blue moody sky. Based on a photo I found on Bluesky, but I can't remember who it's by or where it was taken. Apologies for the lack of attribution, but also thanks to the photographer!
Decided to spend a day doing some watercolour painting, plus also made a quinoa, jalapeno, feta and lime pilaf. I consider this to be a successful day!
