I started riding a bike for the first time in a decade this week. Fun smart watch fact -

My intense exercise heart rate is only 15 beats per minute faster than my panic attack heart rate. I should quit therapy and exercise and just have more anxiety.

I never thought I’d become disabled in my early 30s and I never thought it would be from several invisible illnesses.

I wonder how bad my handwriting has to get before I give up on physical notebooks and go all digital. My hands and their semi-unknown palsy is getting worse, y’all.

Sometimes when I am feeling awkward and anxious I want to watch a nice comforting show to feel better. Unfortunately, literally everything I enjoy watching is awkward and anxious. I know who I am and what I like, but damn.

How does one make the jump from writing in pretty journals to a computer?

I’ve always had a physical diary but now I have incredibly shaky hands and it’s getting harder to write. I’m feeling vulnerable here—ridiculous suggestions are welcome.

I’ve been writing a lot of things and reading a lot of things and it’s been very nice. I’m excited to see where this stuff goes.

Maybe now is the time I will start promoting myself as a writer and artist. Maybe.
