BREAKING: A federal judge ruled all transgender and intersex people can obtain passports that align with their gender identity while the case against President Trump's executive order proceeds.

While this is good news, we will continue fighting until this executive order is blocked permanently.

BREAKING: A Kansas state court reversed a decision that would require transgender people in Kansas to have the wrong gender markers on their IDs.

If this is how this administration responds to a Senator with a question, you can only imagine what they're doing to farmworkers, to cooks, and to day laborers throughout California and across the country.

No, Trump's Trans Military Ban Does Not Have A "Waiver" For Openly Trans People Serving The "waiver" being reported at many outlets for Trump's transgender ban is actually a "waiver" for people who have never transitioned, and are willing to stay closeted.

1. Media sources are widely reporting Trump's military ban has "a waiver" for trans people.

It does not: It only applies to closeted trans people who have never transitioned and feel no dysphoria.

The ban also forces people to resign or pay back benefits.

The reporting on the trans travel visa ban is criminal.

It does NOT only affect transgender athletes.

The cables CLEARLY say it affects all trans people. They can reject visas on point 6 of anyone who is requesting a visa that does not match their assigned sex at birth.
