I also spoke to @jmberger.com about what such a designation might mean: he said it will allow the FBI “to group together, prioritize, and probably fund investigations into trans people.” Even if it will mainly be an administrative tool, it is “almost certain to be abused by this administration.”

At LibsofTikTok's direction, Colorado Republicans are organizing to call for the firing of this state employee, who says nothing in this post that could be construed as celebrating Kirk's death or supporting violence. A retaliatory purge for political speech underway.
