I just can’t call the Wicked movie a faithful adaptation if there isn’t a small chance in each screening that Cynthia Erivo fails to go up in the air and everyone else in the cast has to awkwardly lie down next to her as she sings the end of Defying Gravity

I would counter this with: the first act of Wicked is leagues better than the second so most people would actually be much better off just watching the first movie
