look, I know you've seen people hype up videos with, like, "never in a million years would I have guessed where this was going," or "you could've given me an infinite number of chances and I wouldn't have figured it out before the heat death of the universe," but...

I'll add that as someone who not that long ago spent many frantic nights looking for information on sleep training, feeding, etc etc--by far the most valuable internet resource was reddit, the only place with human advice. Everything else is basically useless at this point.

Oh totally, and I don't blame Johnson and his producing partner for securing a future for the franchise in an uncertain world. (And huge paydays for themselves and Daniel Craig!) But they had to know who they were getting into bed with, and that theater owners would be hostile to Netflix films.

With the caveat that I 100% understand an artist doing what they feel they need to do to get their projects made... if you care so much about theatrical distribution, maybe don't do an exclusive deal with the company that has repeatedly demonstrated that it's the most outwardly opposed to it?

2) Amazon emailed on 10/17 about delay due to "a supply chain issue," asked me to confirm or cancel order
3) Email on 11/27 gave delivery estimate of 12/19 - 1/22
4) Shipping confirmation came today!
