The ERASE-LC trial is making steady progress. All participants have now received their infusions of remdesivir and completed their post-treatment testing.

This initiative was led by our wonderful PPIE team and we are forever grateful for them and the work they do. The impact we are having is because of them!!
We will not give up!
And for those of us in the team living with this truly life-altering disease, we will always know just how important it is that some people never give up on us.
The team is full of very determined (some would say stubborn) people.
We will keep having uncomfortable conversations and keep mentioning the elephant in the room - which is that COVID-19 has done great harm to many people and continues to do so.

We have and continue to have knockbacks as a team… funding refusals, paper rejections and many more!
But we are trying to research a condition which some of the world is trying to pretend does not exist and in a life where infections are still spreading in great volumes.
