Go with Zen. I know a lot of people in this thread have praised their customer service and that’s true- but no price rises whilst you’re in contract. I’ve been with them for years and I’m still paying £9.99 a month. And it’s rock solid.

That’s lovely writing - ever thought about writing a novel?
Yep, Roger Waters was a brilliant lyricist as well.

02.01.2025 19:44 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0That’s exactly it - there are other EVs that are as good if not better than Tesla but long distance travel is so effortless in a Tesla that people will put up with a lot (including bloody Musk!)
02.01.2025 19:42 — 👍 3 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Yep, I know! I’d buy 2nd hand which isn’t going to help Musk move his drinks cabinet 1 mm closer to Mars. The association is troubling but where do we stop? I think Tesla is hobbled by its association with Musk - no other car company has its chief so indelibly linked with the product.

A screenshot from the Guardian's website - an old woman on the right and a young woman on the left. Headline reads "Be honest, have you had work?"
If that's the same woman I can pretty much guarantee that she's "had work".

He led quite a life. (1/53)
A scene I saw as a kid stayed with me for years - Jon Pertwee screaming in horror as the Tardis burnt around him. Saw it years later (“The Mind of Evil”) and it wasn’t the Tardis, the fire was faded in over the top and Pertwee was just looking a bit askance.
The past is a different country!
