It's amazing how he delved into the issues and dealt with the actual legal issues we're discussing from a sensible and sane direction that acknowledges the existence of trans people, rather than just spewing hatred everywhere.

I'm unconvinced that this is exactly the way but it's certainly a great first step.

I'm unsure what the legal remedy available would be in this instance as the appeal is on the basis of improper conduct during the case.

Unisex provision is only permitted if at least a minimum standard of separate bathrooms is met.

This legislation is still in force.

Trans women? Mostly the ladies. As with all trans people it depends where in transition you are medically and how comfortable and safe you felt at the time.

Because there have never been *laws* in the UK about which bathroom someone can use.
