I didn't know beta blockers were triggers! Interesting. I had asked my doctor about them and she advised against them for me.

I'm on an alpha blocker (prazosin) but I think it might have mast cell stabilizing properties? not 100% sure.

So I recently started taking loratadine 10 mg daily (Claritin) with famotidine 20 mg (Pepcid, an H2 blocking antihistamine; Claritin is an H1 blocker) on the advice of my dr. We'll see how it goes, but stacking them is supposed to help for long covid-related mast cell crap, especially w/ gut issues
