FYI: Judge Ellis (Chicago ICE case) noted in November that video evidence shows ICE "brake-checked other motorists in an attempt to force accidents that agents could then use as justifications for deploying force."

You and your wife drop your 6-year-old off at school. You just moved here. You see ICE terrorizing your new neighbors. You film them, as is your legal right. Your wife complies with orders. She is then shot in the head. You still have to pick up your child later today.

The admin had declined to comment. Bari Weiss saw segment on Friday and, I'm told, decided to hold it.

There are so many incredible journalists at CBS News. I’ve talked to the 60 Minutes team in the past, and I know them to be meticulous, fair, and deeply committed to getting the facts right.
