The LAFC signing of Olivier Giroud had to be the biggest head scratcher by JT to date. It never made any sense since Giroud is a player that needs quality service and cannot lead the line in a counterattacking team. Bizarre. It never worked. Happy we move on.

Tillman is not it for me. He can be a good linking player at times, but always takes the slow, conservative pass. I wish they had more of an engine in the midfield.

Yeah, this is a transition season for sure.
