So Danielle Smith still does not have a private sector partner for her pipeline. Is the project any further ahead than last week? It does not sound shovel ready. I doubt it will be included in the next round of Nation Building Infrastructure projects to be announced.

Cue the rage…

We encountered this concern last night. Rest assured, no one will have access to this information.

With the US in such disarray, we can use this time to attract businesses and investments. To do that we need stability not uncertainty.

Three Alberta separatism myths No, we wouldn’t be able to force the rest of Canada to build pipelines.

I've been hesitant to write something like this because I didn't want to give oxygen to Alberta separatists. The conversation alone is dangerous.

But with the threshold to a separation referendum lowered so dramatically, we can't let myths out there go unchecked. www.coreyhogan.ca/p/three-albe...

The common theme in these reactions seems to be…
It's okay when it happens to others but not when it happens to me.
Where is the logic, the empathy, or the critical thinking?

I'm with you and way past calling it. We need, no, we deserve, a government that reflects our values as proud Canadians and proud Albertans.

The good news in all of this is that many Albertans may be realizing for the first time that they too are treaty people. If you're a settler in treaty territory you too have a responsibility for that treaty.

Alberta premier 'pleased' by tone of first ministers meeting, Ford says Ottawa needs to show Prairies 'some love' - World Byte News Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says she was "pleased" by the tone of the first ministers meeting with fellow premiers and Prime Minister Mark Carney held

I don't know Premier Smith ….. Perhaps attending the meeting first to get the lay of the land is useful before spouting off.

This is the result you get when you pathologically both-sides your reporting, giving equal weight to outdated statistics to absolute whopping lies. That's not actually "balance," but they have convinced themselves it is.
