Looking very sad and wilted so I cut it off I bought this plant months ago at a local owned grocery store because I loved the vibrant colour so much But it's been very unhappy all simmer and either the current heatwave even more so Hoping it survives the winter and we have a better year in 2026

Do not believe Fred he's an asshole! He was just sitting behind me on the couch sleeping so since I was not disturbing him he decided I wasn't paying him enough attention I was pulling out some seeds for the greens planter & a big garden bed for late fall, such as lettuces, beets, carrots Fred is a ginger cat, he's about 5 years old, and is a complete jerk, But we love him

These carrots got pulled to early The red cored danvers are the smallest and the nantes are almost a reasonable size for salad, but the Atomic Red are at a reasonable eating size! 2 beets for good messure (don't remember variety)

The last scrap of 4 dirty sheep fleece I put into the planters just a couple months ago, it's all broken down and fertilized the soil! It was also great for keeping them lighter and easier to move around
