in my life i’ve done a lot of accepting pronunciations that differ by dialect, but finding out that some people pronounce “toll” (as in for whom the bell) the same as “tall” is gonna be the one that does me in

but also it’s soooo easy to make simple syrup at home, just boil water & add your flavor to it to steep like tea (+sugar as desired) !! i’ve made fruit, earl grey, & butterfly pea flower syrups that way, and want to make some hibiscus next

i like torani and monin a lot bc they’ve got a lot of flavors!! the one we just got is a soda stream branded one (we have an ancient soda stream tay’s parents gave us ages ago)
