I’m often shocked (though I probably shouldn’t be) at how low of a bar my fellow guys have set the bar for us all. One time after an unexpected sleepover with a friend I offered her shredded cheese on some scrambled eggs in the morning, and she started tearing up a bit.

Replace “tech security” with “intimacy” and I’ve said almost this exact same thing during more than one breakup.

That was probably the most exciting unrivaled 4th quarter yet

Stage actors (if content with much more work and much lower pay for much less exposure) can potentially avoid telling explicitly pro-police stories, but the proximity of Broadway to the Law and Order franchises is a source of constant temptation.

Most of me wants the CBA to get ironed out fairly and with time to spare. A very small part of me wants negotiations to drag on until May 8th so that there’s a dramatic 24-hour scramble to draft and contract players in time for opening night.
