Lakeland woman threatens insurance company, says ‘Delay, Deny, Depose’: police A Lakeland woman was charged Tuesday after police said she ended a call to an insurance company with the words, “Delay, Deny, Depose.”

A Florida woman was charged Tuesday after police said she ended a call with BlueCross BlueShield with the words, “Delay, Deny, Depose. You people are next.”

She was charged with threats to conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism, and her bond was set at $100,000.

had an asthma attack in the middle of the night and ended up in the ER where the doctor closed the door and very hesitantly asked me what insurance i had - she said they could only legally give me a nebulizer if insurance approved it.
