In one week of exploring Oaxaca and eating everything, official runs totaled 26.5 miles. Walking down the beach to surf, chasing collectivos, and navigating between neighborhoods counts as training too... about 87 miles of it.... and that's worth spending $300 on a watch. #running

One reason I live in Transylvania County, NC is because half the land is National Forest. In fact, it's the best thing about this place. There seems to be very few rangers here already and I am wondering how the firing and budget cuts are going to impact our local forest. #Northcarolina
