It's in the back of the fridge and he's never seen it, so it's what I use to convince him that he can't make me mad or my anger makes food taste different

Stede has been doing this to Ed since they've been married (or Ed has been doing it to Stede, I can't decide who would be who here), but when Izzy joins the relationship he actually keeps the fridge clean and tosses out the grody jar of hate jam, and during the next Ed/Stede fight the secret is out.
