Our "A Home for Every Neighbor" initiative has housed over 100 unsheltered residents! 🏠 Thanks to our amazing partners and outreach teams, making a real difference for those in need of shelter in Cleveland. Thank you to everyone who made this milestone possible!

Cleveland, community partners house 100+ unsheltered people since launch of homelessness initiative Each person is housed and assigned a caseworker who connects them with job training, addiction recovery and other services to help keep them off the streets.

Move-in days are the best days, and H4EN has had over 100 people who have walked through that door now. This is the Cleveland way to resolve unsheltered homelessness.

Anyone seeking overnight shelter should call 211 who will be able to connect you with a variety of shelter and housing overnight options that best meet each individual’s needs.
