ive almost entirely switched to using Affinity Publisher suite over CSP. I've even been using the ipad version to draw a book dummy. the mobile ui has a learning curve but im getting pretty comfortable with it! it's really close to being the perfect program tbh

Did yard work and my arms started hurting so bad from using the weedeater, last night I had to get up get advil age an ice pack 😭 don’t do chores they’re dangerous

Monthly reminder: Many people have a book in them, but it takes a special kind of freak to leave the Land of Laziness, cross the Plains of Procrastination and Insecurity Mountain, find the Blade of No One Made You Do This, and use it to cut your chest open and yank that book out.

5: going to the art store/buying supplies

Every evening that I go to the park it’s FULL of families and couples hanging out, most of them non-white. Most neighborhoods have libraries. If you grew up a white suburbanite like me and long for community, go to parks and libraries! They exist and need your support!!

Hot take but… there are still plenty of third places. With love, you might just be a white middle class suburbanite who wasn’t socialized to go to them in childhood. But you can now!
