I appreciate your post. My comment was immature, but I wasn’t citing the case as a frivolous lawsuit. It evokes feelings around consumer safety. There is more depth to the case, and McDonalds was at fault for the scalding coffee. It also led to warnings on beverages people knowingly order hot.
