So after a long ass time i finally reworked my first update pack i ever released, the one for Windows 98.

I learned so much since i made that thing and i finally had the time and patience to bring it up to my current standards. As a bonus 98 FE is supported now too.

As for WSS, it needs to be an actual device on port 534, not just being able to interpret WSS format audio

You have to remember that this isn’t a game. The tracker uses hardware very specifically and just because a sound card can play SBPro game audio, doesn’t mean that the SBPro driver of IT will function with it

IT has an autodetect, it just doesn’t work that well. The included readme describes which parameters choose which sound chips are the tracker uses.
