Take this with a grain of salt from a 2024 grad, but if you're willing to hold off on practice, clerking is not a bad idea. Judges can be very helpful in pointing you toward the type of environment you want. I've heard good things about the clerk program at NJ trial courts, too.

No hyperbole: The Boston e-bike incentive changed my life. I've logged over 200 miles since November in the cold. It's so much easier to get around and genuinely fun.
