They've done an interesting thing in Oxford which is to bring in a small congestion charge in the city and at the same time make the park and ride super cheap with a free return bus ticket. It seems to have changed people's habits very quickly. Make public transport a no brainer and people use it!

a senior shiba inu is bundled into a basket on the front of a blue bicycle. the bottom of the basket is wicker, but the top two-thirds is a wide wire mesh. the dog’s fluffy fur pokes through the squares of the wire, giving her back and booty the distinct appearance of a golden honey glazed ham. her front paws stick up over the top edge of the basket, and she’s looking forward toward the next adventure.

Never heard of Trouillot but this sounds logical to me.

A bigger issue is that it also just... makes up stuff. So it might think it's filling gaps or whatever but it's just a little lie machine in our pockets and well, we already have the media/social media/conspiracy theorists etc for that
