I’ll be attending my 100th birth any day now… what should I do to celebrate?! It’s so wild to think about how far I’ve come and how much has changed since witnessing my first birth in 2018 🥰

I want to live in a world where it’s unacceptable to kill children, and it’s not too much to fucking ask.

I am working out of a public library and there are a good number of people who seem to be on hard times using the facilities for various reasons like job searching, entertainment, charging peripherals, using the bathroom, etc., and I am struck by how important it is that libraries continue to exist

IUD experience in a nutshell, 10 being not painful/fantastic experience and 0 being no thanks:
• prep and consent: 10/10
• measuring my uterus: -12/10
• placing the IUD: -5/10
• immediate post-placement cramps: 0/10

Not just in a “man, I wish I had straighter teeth” way. In a “if I spend too much time focusing on my own mouth I want to yank out all my teeth” way.

Covered a lot of ground in therapy today and couldn’t remember the last point on my list until *checks time* 8 hours later but I finally remembered what it was: body dysmorphia is heavily focusing on my teeth lately and it is incredibly distressing to me that I may never be able to afford braces.
