I had a stressful day at work and coped w the only thing I knew how. I tried venting to my bf but it didn’t help. I turned to my usual cope method. I’m trapped inside myself, I want out, I need out of my flesh, I sobbed and sobbed in the bathroom. Lonely desperate wailing.
