An alternative way is to equip and enforce ED&I within the higher leaderships (easier said than done) and require them to lead on the principles of equity, inclusion, & justice. /14

I was a member of an Athena Swan committee in Leeds Uni for 2-3 years, a panel reviewer for AdvanceHE for 3 yrs, & a member of the University Gender Equity Committee in Sheffield for 2.5 yrs.
