It's such a game changer omg. Half my cycles are 40+ days long.

The best thing I did as someone that is #childfree is learn how to chart my cycle.

Currently on cycle day 40 and I haven't even ovulated yet. Meaning I won't see my period for at least 2 more weeks.

I would be losing my mind if I didn't have that knowledge.
