Yeah, I felt the same honestly. I've always been a proponent of keeping things very vague talking about anything late game/ending-related for games, but for a series like DK saying things like "it's a love letter to series vets" and "you'll love the fan service" can only mean so much lol

It gives off the vibe of being a game you would've found on XBLA to me. Not a bad thing at all, just a unique angle for them given what we're used to in their other sports stuff.
