Finally watched Adventure Time: Fionna & Cake. It felt good to go back to a universe and characters I love so much for something so familiar and yet so incredibly new. This show keeps being a miracle.

The second edition of Arkham Horror was my first big box american thematic board game, and while I think the genre has moved leaps and bounds ahead of that game, I have a soft spot for the premise.

The card game I think is probably the best iteration of that idea.

I managed to get a few of my local friends hooked on the Arkham Horror living card game and I'm so stoked to play Agnes again.

I was pretty cold going in, with Gideon really refusing to sink its hooks into me for the longest time, but Harrow stands as one of my favourite novels... probably ever. As for Nona... I think I need to let it sit for a while, but what a ride.

Needless to say, I'm eagery awaiting Alecto's coming.

I was up entirely too late, but I finally caught up with The Locked Tomb, and, as is the tradition of my people, am now officially joining the Alectopause.

I've only just realized these aren't functional reprints of one another, but more importantly, I realized they belong together and should probably be dating.

I've just been made aware of this mod; the creators really went the extra mile for it. No simple gender/model swap; they re-recorded 1700 lines of spoken dialogue, added new NPCs and tweaked others, and made sure pronoun swaps were included across all text. Amazing.
