I feel that, I was really excited about AI, but after the release of ChatGPT everything that used machine learning just got rebranded to "AI". There are many cool applications for AI/ML, too bad GenAI gave it a bad reputation.

It kinda saddens me how Gen AI is ruining the rep of AI itself to the point people are starting to misunderstand what it really is about and will go into mob mode against AI applications that doesn’t involve Gen AI to even begin with
