I literally can't wrap my head around that person's response. I'm the father of a trans daughter and as far as I can tell, you've been consistently supportive of trans rights and I appreciate that.

I'm seeing a lot of posts arguing that Democrats should abandon trans rights in the name of "harm reduction" and "defeating fascism." Look, If you want to throw trans rights out the window, you're not in favor of harm reduction and you're not opposed to fascism. You're just opposed to trans rights.

I should not be surprised to learn that, in addition to the timeshare grift that we're all familiar with, there are companies that run "seminars" to tell you how to get out of your timeshare if you fell for the timeshare grift. It's the anti-timeshare-grift grift. It's time-share-grift-ception.

I generally like JB -- a lot, actually -- but it seems to me that, because he's a progressive beacon at the moment, his words and actions are MORE important than the usual centrist/mainstream Dems. I don't expect much from a guy like Gavin Newsom, but I hold JB to a higher standard.
