The standard procedure is to lie down & start screaming. You're unlikely to be able to do much else anyway because, although the pain is not typically long-lasting or life-threatening, it is intense. You might also want to wash the area w/ soap to avoid infection, & maybe put an ice pack on it.

This is why RFK's MAHA can never achieve its alleged goals. Addressing factors that science shows have little or no relevance to health & disavowing evidence-based measures like vaccines can't improve public health by any metric, especially when paired w/ cuts to research, medicaid & SNAP benefits.

Most HFCS in sodas is a 55/45 ratio, but still. Want to eat healthier? Limiting your intake of sugary drinks altogether beats switching to a different type of sugar. Research suggests little to no difference between them in health outcomes. Too much of either on a consistent basis can be problematic
