There’s no ‘spare capacity’ in the private sector that doesn’t further undermine the NHS.
Like a parasite it sucks NHS staff and funding away from frontline services for no return.
It fundamentally weakens the NHS for all - as seen with dentistry, cataract surgery, GP takeovers.

ADHD often means spending the day carefully choosing words to avoid accidental offense, only to be mentally drained by evening. The struggle is real! Remember, with ADHD, being mindful at day's end is key. Establish tricks or rituals to relax and engage with your thoughts when exhaustion sets in.
