Absolutely! It's really disheartening how hard it is to protect your art aye. They were discussing this at work, and one thing I learnt is that alt text was what the scrapers initially 'read' in order to work out what to then scrape. I'm not sure what the defense is tho aye. 😓

Alt text is a great idea for accessibility, but NOT for artists.
The most basic art scrapers utilise alt text to allocate the initial tags to your art when they steal it for AI training. So if you're an artist, use with caution. BSky has godawful AI scraper protections btw. 😓
