#minnesotasky I cannot praise the Lawns to Legumes stuff enough. It’s a great program and 400 in natives may not do a whole project, but it is enough for some robust pocket plantings. Applications open again in February, and if you don’t get it, keep trying. #minnesota #bees bwsr.state.mn.us/l2l

In case you weren't aware, Minnesota has a program called Lawns to Legumes. It gives people money to plant native plants or convert grass lawn into bee friendly flowering lawn. We were selected last year and we're able to plant a bee lawn in our front yard bwsr.state.mn.us/l2l
