My most woke opinion is that the whole point of society is to collectively help each other. My taxes should be going towards housing and feeding everyone. No one should be without food or shelter. Rich people should be contributing more towards this. It shouldn't even be controversial!

This is absolutely heart wrenching and infuriating. Texas loves fetuses but clearly hates women and couldn’t care less about their already existing children who have now lost their mom.

Few things bug me more than higher ed leaders saying that we lost our mission and lost the trust of the public, when we have actually been the target of a decades-long smear campaign by the right wing that worked. The moment we’re losing our mission is right now, in capitulation.

So infuriating.

I watched the whole clip and there are some good comments in there- but the part he chooses to write in this post is not nearly strong enough in its condemnation of ICE or Border Patrol.

This is not it, bro. If you don’t call out the vicious cruelty and lawlessness of ICE and Border Patrol you aren’t likely winning the D primary.
