I didn’t get any good photos but we did eat the hell out of it.

We don’t love frosting so it’s filled with whipped cream & fresh strawberries corralled by a ring of whipped cream cheese frosting. Same frosting for a light crumb coat, topped with strawberries, ganache, & more whipped cream. 🍰💕

Oh, it was amazing honestly! I hate gobs of filling usually but I wish I’d put more this time. And there was no rest of us. I made it for the occasion of PMS, and it performed beautifully. I let my boyfriend have some as an apology for the Demons as well.
