Good to be on Wirtz+Semenyo+Thiago as I expect them to do well until the bgw. Watchlist players are LIV and BRE.
Only 1 non-blanker sale allowed until Gw31, likely Enzo.

I think the reason I’m so salty about the Gab TC is because nobody on here congratulated me for scoring 176 at bowling.

Yeah thats partly why I activated too.
But at this point (in hindsight after the BRE game) I’m so pessimistic about Gabriel that I’d pick Haaland, or any talisman with a good fixture, in most single gameweeks over my own TC

Just for clarity I dont think anyone who TC’ed Gabriel is dumb or made a massive mistake. I did it myself. It was a close decision.

Now let’s just hope he shuts me up and scores vs Wolves and you can all call me a cry baby who doesnt back his own decisions. Hopefully.

If after Gabs goal (pls god) I come here and tell you it was a great decision, then you can call me a hindsight merchant 😂

.. the gw isnt over yet, so its harsh to call me out on that imo, I just want to point out how our decision was always very unlikely to be a great one (low ceiling etc)

I would more call it a ‘hopeful’ or ‘risky’ (points-wise) decision, not a bad one.

Gabriels points before this game, especially compared to Haaland, is somewhat irrelevant to me. A good pts/game average so far didnt mean we expected points vs BRE.

As for hindsight, I felt this way all week and..

If you think its objective then theres no point debating it I guess and you can sleep easy and happy with your factually correct decision.

I think the outcome hasnt been bad or good so far, nothing wrong with reflecting over the quality of the decision. Which to me is at least questionable.

I feel like you guys went from being happy with +12 to being happy with 9 just to not admit we may have fucked this decision 😅

I just cant be happy with my decision personally when I indeed didnt expect more from yesterday. Feel like I gambled on something (+15pts) that was way too unlikely to happen. Is what it is! No shame in regretting a move

Past results with the chip should not influence our decisions/ambitions imo

I think having triple def influences it for me, if they keep cleans I’ll be happy anyway. A goal would hurt I guess but hard to predict
