I've never cried at an SNL hosts opening and I watched this show religiously every weekend for 16 years! Tonight Bad Bunny made me cry for how resilient our gente are!

I spoke to a Venezuelan woman who was arrested in this raid and later released with her 4yo son. She said agents broke down their door, pointed guns at them and made sexualized remarks about Venezuelan women. When she returned to her apartment it was boarded up and all her possessions were gone.

Question though as someone who on the cultural organizing side yes there was money and he was smart about where he went and how he built, like for example he started with campus mixers not super ideological but a place for folks to gather, then they turned into ideological and then escalation.
