Maybe you could overlay them with transparent plastic and put little paper cutouts in between?

Like they do to make shaker cookies, although there they use sugar and sprinkles :)

Being a very professional panda, I decided I need very professional panda stickers. So I had some made. Then someone said: "Well your panda isn't a professional anymore because where did his tie go?!"

So now I want translucent stickers to go on your panda to professionalise it.
