After our upcoming Terry Allen incited anthology we were gonna cool it for a bit on our music-incited anthologies because we have a lot on our publishing plate here.

My kind of poetry.

I occasionally mention use of a cell phone, but that’s the extent of tech for me. I write literary fiction in different setting (horror, fantasy, “regular”), so I’m focused on the people and their actions and motivations. But maybe this will prompt me to do something with this. #HottorWritersChat

We stayed up late to watch the Perseids. It was Mama’s last wish, though she didn’t know it was her last. I let her enjoy the show for as long as possible, but I could only control myself for so long. At least I didn’t make her suffer.
