I work on a TV show that outsources incredibly simple graphic printing because we have too much to do in house.
I've seen the purchase orders - You are not charging too much.
As a professional concept artist and illustrator, let me ASSURE YOU that many jobs in my industry have utterly gone away. I used to make good money working on pitch packages for producers, and now they just use AI. There are production designers I used to work with that now do all concepts with AI.

Self-driving cars alone will wipe out MILLIONS of jobs.
