It seems to affect us more though. Like, elsewhere you say Romero is crucial to this system. How good is a system that requires one player with a really unusual (and elite) skill set in order to function? I don’t see that reliance in other top teams.

Tbh the bigger issue for me is that we seem to have another manager (similar to Conte) whose system can’t possibly work unless he has the exact right players always available and on form. I’ve stuck with him through the injuries but tonight was really worrying.

I saw him bottling out of/not winning those challenges, as he always does. I’m not sure it’s his game.

Hmm. Personally my eye didn’t back up those stats. I think he’s been bad for a while but also that he’s an 8 not a 6 in this system. Such a disappointing team performance all round though maybe that’s colouring it for me.
