That’s not dissonance. She has not changed her belief. She has not changed her action. She does not think her belief is wrong. She does not think her actions are wrong. She only thinks she won’t apply her beliefs and actions to people she (supposedly) loves.

That’s just straightforward hypocrisy.

Cognitive dissonance requires an active awareness that reality clashes with what you believe to be true.

There must be dissonance for cognitive dissonance. If you can tolerate it, then by definition, there is no dissonance. Only delusion.

Might as well have an interest only loan. That’s essentially what it is.

Piled Higher and Deeper seems an appropriate description of that particular area of study.

I understand it is the top degree program at Trump University.
