I put this album together over the past few weeks partially in response to the scourge of AI art. I find it sad that so many choose to sand out the creative process that makes art worthwhile to cut straight to the final product. These songs are messy at times, but to me, that's what makes them.

Hello friends. Today, I'm releasing my first Duckspeak album in 5 years. Bones & Skin: 2012 - 2022 is a double compilation pulling together a decade's worth of my rarities, unreleased demos, and covers. It's a vulnerable, messy project that means a lot to me.

Seeing one of my favorites in a theater 16 years after its release is a trip. Got a super weird accidental photo of the logo which I thought was neat. Also people were still coming into the theater when I took this photo so please don’t be mad at me for taking a photo during a movie 😥

I felt the exact same way about the 70% thing. Walked out of the film thinking “that was fun!” It wasn’t the best thing ever made but they really stuck with the aesthetic they wanted for a lot more of the movie than I thought they’d be allowed to!

I don’t know what it was about the latest PlayStation State of Play stream but it got me more excited about video games than the past few years of streams have. Maybe it’s just my mental state but I hope Summer Games Fest continues this trend today! Please don’t make me sad!

As I finished reading the last chapter of Bakuman, a series I started reading in 2023, I got an email approving the interior pages for a project I’ve been working on for the last few months. This may only make sense to people who know this manga but sometimes the timing of the universe is amazing.
